Larry Edwards is a classically trained chef and internationally renowned food writer. He is the author of Edwardian CookingStyle and Spice, and The American Table. His recipes have been featured in the Wall Street JournalUSA Today, and the National Examiner. He lives and works in Tucson, Santa Fe, and San Francisco.
